Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after your order is placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

 

Shipping Times

Standard Shipping (Free): 5-8 business days after dispatch.

Express Shipping: 2-4 business days after dispatch.

 

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, or high-demand periods.

We ship worldwide from our fulfilment partners. Shipping options and delivery times are shown at checkout based on your location.

 

Order Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 2-4 days for tracking to update after dispatch.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, import duties or taxes may be charged by your local customs authority on delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price or shipping cost.

 

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, contact us at support@shopaurawave.store and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right with a reshipment or refund.

 

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to redirect a package once it has shipped, and orders returned to sender due to an incorrect address may incur a re-shipping fee.
